Article 1: APPLICATION OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Upon validation of an order by the buyer on our website, the buyer undertakes to comply with all the general conditions presented here.
They are accessible to all and are notably published on our website. Upon request, we will gladly send you a copy.
The original version of these general terms of sale is in French for all its substance and legal value; a copy is provided in English for informational purposes.
Article 2: PRICING
Our prices are non-binding, subject to available stock. The valid prices are those indicated at the time of the order as they appear on our website (except for errors or omissions).
Article 3: PAYMENT METHOD
Secure payment by card organized by Stripe.
Payment by bank transfer: you can send us a transfer through our partner bank. You will find all our bank details when placing your order at the time of choosing your payment method.
Orders will only be effective upon receipt of payment from the buyer. Any unpaid order within eight days will be canceled without formalities.
Mature Wine Finder SRL only delivers its goods upon prepayment or cash payment upon collection.
A deposit of 30% can be paid to reserve the goods; the buyer has a period of 3 months to settle the balance beyond this, the deposit will be lost.
Article 4: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership transfer occurs upon deposit of the goods by Mature Wine Finder SRL with the carrier or its representative parcel point, relay point, or other.
Mature Wine Finder SRL cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, delay, or theft during transport.
Article 5: DELIVERY TIME AND AVAILABILITY
The delivery launch phase by us, from Monday to Friday, takes effect upon payment of the invoice. The order will be sent to the address provided by the buyer during order validation.
Delivery in Belgium will usually take 2 days.
Regarding deliveries abroad, the deadlines vary according to the destination (see delivery packaging section table). For further information, or for other goods departure, we remain available to the buyer.
Deliveries can only be made subject to available stock. If the order cannot be fulfilled, it will be fully refunded or replaced in agreement with the buyer.
Article 6: PRICES
All our prices are displayed including VAT or, at the user's choice, excluding VAT and in EURO. The current VAT rate is 21%. Prices are established per bottle or as indicated. For transport and insurance costs, refer to the relevant sections.
Orders are without quantitative obligation unless otherwise stated.
Prices are non-contractual.
Mature Wine Finder SRL has the right to modify its prices in the meantime and to correct any errors. In case of price modification concerning an already registered order, the customer has the right to cancel it without charge.
Article 7: DELIVERY FEES
COLLECTION BY YOU AT OUR PREMISES: no fees if collected within 30 days of your order. After this period, storage fees of €2 excluding tax per month and per 75cl bottle will be applied.
Article 8: TRANSPORTATION FEES

We send our goods in shockproof cellulose pulp crates for an additional fee indicated in the cart; we can also send them in shockproof and thermally insulated polystyrene packaging (thus reducing thermal shocks).
Article 9: INSURANCE
Insurance is included with DPD up to €520; for other carriers, there is no basic insurance included.
We can sell insurance on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and value; please check it in the cart or contact us for feasibility. This offer is an obligation of means and not of results; we will strive to find the adequate insurance considering the destination and value, and in case of impossibility, the amount paid for the policy will be refunded to the buyer.
This insurance is concluded between our partner and the customer; Mature Wine Finder SRL cannot be held to any commitments resulting from said contract, and we will endeavor to act as an intermediary between the customer and the insurer.
Article 10: EXPRESS TRANSPORT
Express shipment is possible for an additional fee; see conditions by email.
Article 11: RECEIPT OF GOODS
It is essential for the person receiving the order to check the contents of the shipment before signing the carrier's consignment note. Any anomaly must be clearly specified on the consignment note with the name and quantities of the missing wines and reported to the carrier by registered letter within 24 hours of receipt. As soon as we become aware of the mail or email dispute (within eight days at the latest), we will activate the insurance if it has been taken out and refund you accordingly, or replace the wines.
Attention: formulas like "subject to unpacking" are null and void. Only the precise and detailed mention of missing or damaged items, with the signature of the person who received them, entitles to a refund.
DELIVERY ADDRESS: Ensure that the provided details are accurate. Make sure to be present or represented during delivery. Optionally, provide one or more phone numbers where you can be reached.
ABROAD: Mature Wine Finder SRL is a Belgian company that applies and respects Belgian laws, regulations, and procedures. If the recipient of our products does not reside in the country of shipment, they are personally responsible for import duties, excise duties, and any taxes applicable in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for delays, taxes, or customs fines. We can provide, for a fee, a DAE/EAD issued by our customs agent. The customer must be aware of the customs restrictions governing the country where the wines are to be sent.
Article 12: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A withdrawal period is offered to the buyer. The buyer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of their order. The exchange or refund of the order will be made within 30 days of receiving the return of the order.
The order must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the invoice.
Shipping costs (round trip), as well as processing fees, will be borne by the buyer.
Mature Wine Finder SRL must be notified of the return of the goods by email or by post.
Article 13: LEGAL INFORMATION
The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under 16 years of age. The buyer must therefore be at least 16 years old at the time of ordering.
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. It should be consumed in moderation.
Mature Wine Finder SRL will treat your data and personal information in a completely confidential manner and guarantees not to transfer or resell them to third parties.
Article 14: OTHER
Visuals: The visuals used on this site are not contractual.
We endeavor to provide a real photo of the bottle for each product; however, for products where multiple bottles are available, it is a bottle from the lot, and any defects are indicated in the description, such as level, label condition, and capsule, etc.
Wine descriptions: Mature Wine Finder SRL cannot be held responsible for wine comments, reviews, and descriptions.
Mature Wine Finder SRL cannot be held responsible for non-compliance or possible defects of the products sold (cork taste, counterfeiting, wine defects). We purchase in good faith according to the rules of the art and are extremely vigilant about these details.
Article 15: DISPUTES
In the event of disputes, only the courts of Brussels are competent. However, the value of any compensation may never exceed the value of the ordered and delivered goods.
